Farewell Guardian
Well time has come to say it's time for this one warrior to hang-up his starship and take a long retirement ( aka long vacation ) . I have won many games , won some awards and lost some games but had a great time and met many players .Sorry to say , I have lost my desire for the game and it has shown in my game performance ( Also working long hours - doesn't help either ) . Since , my comeback in Aug '99 .. I have been part of many great things in the TW Community and have experienced many accomplishments and disappointments ( not many :) ) . I just plan to stop playing .. I plan to do some moderation ( like I did for the USO' 01 ... I have talked to SG and unless he changes his mind I will Moderate with him in the HHT ' 01 . I personally wanted to leave the game on a high note but can't have everything . I do apologize to Prestone and Home Sector team for not being able to play my turns day in and out . I still plan to try to play with work schedule permitting . Below are some shout outs and explanations

Bad Girl - It's no secret that I moved to VA and BG and I live together ... I would thank her
in this spot but will thank the game instead .... I have found a person that I love ... wasn't
for the game we would have never met ......:)
A message from Guard...I apologize to anyone I overlooked it was not intentional...just so
many names so little time!
What caused the loss of Desire ?
Think it's how the game has changed .... so many scripts and such ( trust me , I am guilty as many others are ) . Scripts are running almost all aspects of the game in one way or another. Back in the day just knowing SST & SDT and knowing how it works took some time to learn ( now with the scripts provided by many of today's helpers & scripts ... only takes a click of the mouse ) ... The game is evolving .... it just happens the game is losing some of the interesting aspects of the game I loved ( leaving only the competition against other players [ out thinking your opponent ] as the only thing left for me to love ) .
The game has been on this route since back in 94-96 .... When Shark's TWATS PDrop script was the new attack script ( that everyone wanted ) ... guess some blame can be put on Eleq also ... back during that time he jumped on the scene and introduced telemate to the masses ( speed , scripts and macros brought the game to a new level ) .... I know Eleq was not the only one to use other programs or other scripts ... but he did bring it to everyone's attention , who didn't know .
What about my site ?
Dragon's Keep ( http://tradewars.fament.com/guardian/ ) will stay up .... thanks to Macahan & Fament .... When Mac hosted my site the previous year , I paid him for the space . This time he has said he will host it for free ( which he does for many sites ) . I plan to update it one more time to give special thanks to fament and maybe finish my bio .
What about Dragon Elite Perma-Corp?
Dragon Elite will continue ... I will step down as an officer and be replaced by another. It will go as long as we have members active
