As tradition gives in BOTE each year a bigger
system that is no longer in service has gotten a chance to send
a team to participate in the BOTE. After carefull consideration
and after contact with Zoobar a few selected old big systems will
get an invitation to this year. First year (1998) it was the old
time (but very popular board at a few years before) system Star
Dock that got to send a team even though they hadn't run a system
for many years but it used to be THE place to play. Second year
I don't think any system got invited like that. But last year Intergate
closed their doors but stil got the chance to send a team to represent
their system. So this year will not be much different except this
time we will honor 2 systems that once was big and well respected
Eclipse and azi.com.
